Our policy provides a 15-day return policy. If 15 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them and delivered it to you in person, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll be notified of your return.

Charity Contributions
As stated in our Terms of Service, we donate €1 for every dog light sold to recognized dog shelters.
These donations are aggregated and made every 30 days.
Charitable contributions are made on our behalf as a company and are non-refundable as part of your purchase.
Additionally, any amount paid under the "Support My Business" heading is considered a voluntary contribution to support our business and is non-refundable, as it does not constitute the purchase of a physical product.
